Algunas cargas\u00a0subsisten\u00a0y deben valorarse con detalle:<\/p><p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>a) Cargas anteriores a la hipoteca ejecutada:<\/strong> Si existen otras hipotecas, embargos u otras anotaciones\u00a0previas, el nuevo propietario debe\u00a0asumirlas.
